This candle is lit for those who are no longer here. They are not gone. They are waiting to be called.

The Ancextor Light Candle is a Ring Shout 108 signature candle built specifically for Ancextral altar work. It is dressed with frankincense, myrrh, and the botanicals most historically associated with spirit communication and the honoring of the dead in African diasporic tradition. When you light this candle on your altar you are doing what Black people have been doing in this country since we arrived. You are maintaining the relationship with the ones who came before you.

Light it on Mondays. Light it on the first of each month. Light it on the anniversary of a death. Light it when you need guidance from someone who has already been through what you are going through. They will hear it.
